ADDITIONAL TERMS OF USE
Medical Disclaimer: Energy therapy is a natural method of energy balancing, but is not meant as a substitute for medical or psychological diagnosis and treatment. Bluum Wellness does not diagnose conditions, nor do they perform medical treatment, prescribe substances, or interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional.
BOOKING POLICY
Please email info@bluumwellness.com for all booking inquiries. For Girls Nights, a 50% deposit of the total cost is required upon booking. The remaining balance must be paid the night of the event.
Your invoice balance is to be paid directly in the electronic invoice sent to you upon booking. For in-person sessions, we can accept cash payment when onsite.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Bluum Wellness requires 24-hour advance notice of cancellation prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you need to reschedule your appointment, 24 hours’ notice is also required. Failure to provide 24 hours' notice will result in a late cancellation fee.
No-shows: Anyone who consciously decides to forgo their appointment without directly notifying Bluum Wellness or forgets, will be considered a no-show and the deposit will be kept.
Arriving late: If you are late to your scheduled appointment start time, your session may be shortened to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. You will be required to pay the full session fee, regardless of the length able to be provided.
REFUND POLICY FOR SERVICES PERFORMED (Including Packages)
After a session has been completed, no refunds will be given. For unused Reiki Treatment packages or partially used Reiki treatment packages, no refunds will be given. Package sessions are valid only for the person the package was assigned to at the time of purchase.
Package sessions are not to be shared nor transferred to any individual other than the person that the package was assigned to at the time of purchase. Package sessions become valid at the time of purchase and are valid for up to one (1) year after the date of purchase. Purchased package sessions expire at midnight one (1) year after date of purchase.
RESCHEDULING POLICY FOR GIRLS NIGHTS EVENTS
Rescheduled to another date for the same event. Requests to reschedule must be made in writing to info@bluumwellness.com up to seven (7) days prior to the scheduled event date. Your event deposit will automatically be put towards your new date. Rescheduling requests after the seven (7 days) may result in a forfeiture of your deposit.
Cancellation requests must be made in writing to info@bluumwellness.com up to seven (7) days prior to the start of the event in order to receive a refund of your deposit. Cancellation requests received after this time will not be accepted and your deposit will not be refunded.
SAFETY POLICY
When arriving at the client's home, Bluum Wellness has the right to refuse service if they deem the environment unsafe or uncomfortable in any way. If this is the case, a refund will not be provided.
